Problem

Banks, businesses, and borrowers needed a clear system to track construction-linked loan progress, construction stages, borrower updates, and disbursement status without manual follow-ups.

Solution

Built a structured loan disbursement management platform with admin dashboards, construction progress tracking, media upload workflows, borrower-side updates, and stage-wise disbursement visibility.

How it was built

  • Built frontend dashboards and workflows using React.js and Next.js
  • Developed backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js
  • Designed relational database structure with PostgreSQL and Sequelize
  • Implemented media upload flows using AWS S3
  • Used Redis for performance-oriented backend workflows
  • Created role-based access and business-specific admin operations
