inNorm — Healthcare Platform

Problem

Healthcare users, doctors, and service providers needed digital tools for appointments, patient engagement, consultations, subscriptions, and secure communication.

Solution

Built inNorm across a React.js companion experience and a production Android app with Node.js backend—appointment scheduling, doctor profiles, specialities, Twilio chat/voice/video tokens, and Firebase push notifications.

How it was built

• Built React.js frontend and Node.js/MongoDB backend for companion workflows
• Developed native Android consultation app using Java
• Designed Mongoose models for users, doctors, appointments, specialities, subscriptions, and notifications
• Integrated Twilio for chat, voice, and video access tokens
• Used Firebase Admin, FCM, APNs, SendGrid, Joi validation, and Multer uploads
