Vomos — Trip Sharing & Reservation App

Problem

Travel users needed a platform to post trips, search available trips, send booking requests, manage reservations, chat with users, and handle trip payments.

Solution

Built a Flutter trip-sharing app with trip posting, trip search, booking requests, current/completed trips, reservation history, cancellation, chat, vehicle management, maps, payments, and Firebase-powered realtime services.

How it was built

• Developed mobile app using Flutter and Dart
• Built trip posting, trip search, search result, and trip detail screens
• Implemented booking request, payment, reservation history, current reservation, and cancellation flows
• Integrated Google Maps, Places, geolocation, polyline, and route-related packages
• Used Firebase Auth, Realtime Database, Firestore, Storage, and Messaging
• Built chat and messages screens
• Added vehicle and personal information management
